Users agree to use the Platform strictly for lawful civil, public assistance, and informational purposes. Unauthorized attempts to compromise server integrity, execute automated data extraction, or misuse citizen information are strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under applicable laws.

4. Communication & Messaging Services

Informational communications, including digital voter slips, event invitations, and service updates, are transmitted via authorized communication gateways (including WhatsApp Cloud API). Recipients have the right to unsubscribe or request cessation of messages at any time.

The software, user interface design, logos, and proprietary algorithms of eKaryalay are the property of EKARYALAY. All rights reserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

EKARYALAY provides information on an "as-is" basis for public assistance. While every effort is made to maintain accurate electoral facilitation data, citizens are encouraged to refer to official Election Commission publications for final statutory determinations.
